Getting Started on your Financial Aid

@Northern New Mexico College, we are committed to making sure that college is affordable for every student. Whether you are a recent high school or HSE graduate or adult returning to school, we are here to help you access the federal and state financial resources available to you.

The first step to receiving all types of Federal Financial Aid, including grants, loans and work study is to complete the FAFSA form.

The FAFSA is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.

Students must complete the FAFSA every year, and we encourage students to complete the FAFSA online as soon as possible.
